The location is good, but it’s noisy.

Everything was in perfect order, a beautiful accommodation on the edge of Bílovice. We went to the festival and enjoyed a lovely walk, so the “center” isn’t far, everything was nicely and briefly explained, and breakfast was available. The rooms were very tastefully furnished.

A great breakfast, a quiet and nice spot close to the wine cellars, with a terrace to sit on. The area is fenced, parking is hassle‑free, and bike storage works well. The room was next to a mechanical room and laundry, so it was a bit noisy in the morning, and the usual juice was missing from breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and varied. Solid beds and a tidy room. It was quiet at night. The dining area was comfortable. The village has interesting sites to visit. The room I had was single, without a fridge or a desk for a laptop. After 7 am there was noise from unknown technologies (probably muffled sounds from farmers’ machinery). The access route sign or orientation board was out of sight from the car. The navigation on the building’s website didn’t respond. The sign should be directly in the access lane and adequately lit for at least about 50 m visibility. Instead it’s placed after a turn that you have no idea about, and in bad weather or darkness it can be hard to find (with help from the nearby restaurant staff).

“Wyjątkowa miejscówka dla motocyklistów”

The organization of information transfer, keys, access to the property, parking, clear communication. You can feel the large effort and commitment put into this place, beautiful flowers, cleanliness on the grounds, and small artistic touches with great taste. The family atmosphere at breakfast was very pleasant. The motorcycle parking is exceptional and safe, I recommend it. Excellent location for a trip south. The host has a beautiful smile and joyful eyes. I stayed only one night, but next time I will book a longer stay. The village has long traditions of grape growing, centuries old. A unique place.
