Everything was arranged neatly. At the wall near the hotel entrance, information about which room number you had and the key was placed in the door of your room, which was ideal if you want to come back later. Nothing else.

The quietness. The fridge was very loud, and there was no way to wash dishes—only the sink in the bathroom was available.

We booked breakfast on the fly and it turned out to be a smart choice; the coffee was plentiful and extra servings were readily available when we needed them. I would have liked blackout curtains or blinds in the room, but that’s a luxury issue.

Breakfast was really good and the service was flawless. The location, however, was a drawback.

It was sufficient for a few nights for “Störtebeker.” The breakfast wasn’t that great.
