The homestay is overall clean and comfortable. The room has a balcony, is very bright, and offers a great view. The best part is that you can borrow a bike for free. Cycling on the Dapeng Bay bike path is very easy and enjoyable. The only disappointment was that on the first day they only handed out breakfast vouchers for a burger shop; the homestay’s own soup breakfast was only available on the second day.

“乾淨舒適的民宿”
The room was huge, very clean, and the bed had good support—not too soft. The elevator on the top floor lets you enjoy the view of Dapeng Bay. Breakfast included a soup that tasted pretty good, and parking along the roadside is convenient. The only downside is that the TV is digital only and the screen had static noise. The bathroom was small, as the concierge had warned beforehand, but I had a mental prep so it was acceptable.
The location is close to Donggang’s famous attractions and there’s a free bicycle rental—great!
