The location is decent and the breakfast is okay, but for the price the hotel feels outdated, the room is cramped, there are no outlets except one 220 V socket above the bed, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom where only one socket was available and I needed to charge three devices. The shower burned out on the second day; we reported it, left for a walk, and when we returned the staff had apparently fixed it, but when we tried to shower it was still broken. We complained and were told the electrician would be there in an hour, which was dismissive. I had to ask if there was another room to shower in, and the receptionist said there was only a dirty room, and she mentioned there were many keys there. She claimed the electrician was on his way, but more than three hours passed and nothing happened. Near the time we were about to leave, I asked again about the shower repair, and he doubted it was fixed because he had seen it in the morning. When we went back to check, it turned out the shower key had fallen! The staff treat customers poorly and charge exorbitantly. There are better options at the same price. I expected more comfort for the rate, so next time I’ll go with Airbnb as usual.

The shower was warm, breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, and the service was outstanding—Maria and the team deserve kudos! No complaints.

Terrible, completely different from the photos; I cancelled the stay immediately and went elsewhere.
