“thats my last time going there”

location. I had to sleep with no shirt on for 2 nights!!! 1. The air cond did not work 2. requested for maintenance team but that did not work 3. Requested for change of room, that too fell on deaf ears 😵‍💫😡

The location was fine, but getting an iron was tough and the phone never answered, only once.

“Good location, good value. Nice breakfast spread.”

The place was spot on—just a 14‑minute walk to PI & GI, a friendly Gojek kiosk right in front, and a fantastic breakfast spread; room service was always prompt and tidy. The towels were a bit old, though.
