Everything was fine except the private pool. The water was really cold and you couldn’t get in. The private pool was frozen, while the larger pool had more pleasant water.

The location was great. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were polite and eager to help whenever we asked for something. The only thing I’d change is the breakfast; I’d prefer a buffet instead of room service so we have more options and can sit more comfortably.

“Geweldig!”

Absolutely fantastic. There was a hiccup with the hotel, so we ended up at a sister property instead of the original one. Everything was arranged superbly and we even received a nice upgrade because of the inconvenience. Communication was excellent and we had an amazing time.

“Fantastic family break in a gorgeous hotel”

We got moved to the Astro palace, which was a sister hotel, and it turned out to be fabulous - just a 10-minute walk into Fira town and all the attractions. The hotel and our room were spotless, and the room clearers were amazing. Katrina on reception was super kind and helpful, your team are a credit to you and the hotel. We'd love to stay again.

“The Best Place”

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was nice and quiet, with excellent service and cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were really happy. We'd definitely recommend it as the best place to stay.
