We stayed for three days and were satisfied; the owner was very helpful, the room was clean, and the towels were super clean! We were in the pink room with a state‑of‑the‑art opening. It was well furnished and comfortable, with a convenient in‑room bathroom. The area is convenient, with a bar right next to us, and a few steps down you’ll find more shops, services, and restaurants—highly recommended!

I had to find another place. The photos posted do not match what was actually there. There was a bad odor, walls with clear signs of mold, and the location was in a deteriorated neighbourhood.

The proximity to the polyclinic is a plus, but the air conditioner broke down.

The air conditioner was unusable because it smelled like mold. The mattress was sagging in the middle and it was impossible to move. The light switch was only at the entrance, and I later discovered another one hidden behind the headboard.

The owner let me park my scooter safely in his courtyard.
