Very clean, airy, close to the bus and taxi stops, near the centre, lovely garden, quiet, easy access, safe. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, probably due to load, and there were only a few extra kitchen and bathroom amenities.

Quietly situated, the washing machine was handy. The kitchen was leaky, the dishwasher wouldn’t open fully and didn’t work. There was little kitchen equipment; the kitchen should be completely renovated.

“Book only if cheap.”

There was plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet. The mattress was hard, the pillows were hard, and there was only a very thin blanket even though it got down to a few degrees at night. Some appliances were poorly made or broken (see photos: a socket hanging off the wall, no toilet lid). The sofa/single bed was almost unusable because a mattress larger than the frame was fitted to it. The small fridge on the floor made loud noises all the time. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly (see photos: dust above the bathroom mirror, exposed wires). Most of the pans in the kitchen didn’t work with the induction cooktop, and there was no pot available, though there were lids.

“Hôte gentille mais matelas trop dur..”

I had a quick and easy contact with the host, and the entry instructions were clear and simple. However, the bed quality was terrible – the mattress was very hard, the pillows were thin, and there was no comforter, just a sheet. The neighbors in the adjacent apartment, owned by the same owner, made a lot of noise when we arrived and tried to open our door repeatedly.

It’s close to the Sieny, Santa Katarina parking is only 5 minutes away, and there’s a stairwell behind it that leads to the main square. The key box code was difficult to operate.
