Residenza Della Signoria

“Wonderful stay, thank you!”

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness scored a 10/10, the location was very central, and there were plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! Thank you! The only small suggestion for the room we stayed in is to keep the bathroom door closed, as there can occasionally be a slight sewer smell, which is understandable given the age of the buildings in Florence. This is nothing related to the host, who was great, but just a small tip for future guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

“Excellent accommodation for a short break in the heart of Florence”

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Florence. It’s ideal for independent travellers who like the freedom to come and go as they please. It felt like a true Italian experience with rooms on a floor that had private dwellings above and below. We could look down onto the busy street below and soak up local Italian life, restaurants, and small shops.

“Gorgeous, historic, and comfortable place to stay in central Florence”

Very centrally located (10 or fewer minutes walk from everything) in a historic building. The room was gorgeous and the stay was very comfortable. I’d usually expect more facilities for the price, but it’s understandable as it is extremely central.

“Sehr zufrieden stellend”

The cleanliness of the bed and bathroom linens was great. The location was very central. The place was tidy. The water dispenser and coffee machine were nice. The small bathroom and shower cabin were a bit cramped.

The spot was great, and Matteo and his mother were super friendly and close. Nothing else to mention.
