The location was fine, but the room wasn't ready for me to check in by 8:30 pm. The lobby was loud and smoky, so I was moved to a smoking room/floor when I asked for a non‑smoking room, and the front desk tried to charge me the full no‑show rate without offering a replacement. VERY FRUSTRATED!

It’s a nice hotel with a stunning view, plenty of nearby eateries, and a generous breakfast. There’s no bar or evening restaurant in the hotel, so you can’t get a beer or anything else on site.

The rooms are great, the breakfast is excellent, but the staff barely speak English.
