The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, and it was a big plus that they let you borrow a motorcycle whenever you wanted. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and handled all the tickets for excursions, making everything hassle‑free. Room service was convenient; if you needed anything you just called reception and it was brought right to the door. The food was great value for money. The only downside was the resort’s entrance, which has a rough stretch with many potholes that can be uncomfortable, especially if you’re riding a motorcycle—though that might not be the resort’s fault.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the property offers a wide range of activities from snorkeling to island tours. There’s a pool, a hot tub, a billiards table, and a ping‑pong table that our kids loved and that you rarely find in other hotels. Unfortunately, the surrounding area and the nearby beach are poorly maintained, which is a shame because the setting could be beautiful.

The staff were wonderful, and my dive master Jayson was fantastic. They arranged a private dive trip just for me, and my room was spotless. They picked us up and drove us to the airport, and they even let us use their motorboats for free. The food was delicious, and breakfast was included. The downside was that the dive gear was old: the rental equipment was broken, the masks didn’t fit, the fins were damaged and I injured a finger. The door’s dust‑proof seal was broken, letting insects crawl into the room. When we left, I had forgotten the key in the room and they charged me 1000 pesos because they claimed they couldn’t find it.

On the last day they drove us to the port to catch the boat. No complaints.

They didn’t charge us for a late checkout and arranged a shuttle to our next hotel. The owner offered extra food at breakfast even though it was late, and the staff turned on the pool for us.
