They overbooked me twice in a row, so I never even checked in, and the front desk lady was very rude. Even after confirming my reservation an hour earlier and telling them I’d arrive between 10 and 11 pm, they still overbooked. It was very inconvenient, and we couldn’t find another room in our budget, so we had to sleep in a car with our kids for two nights. Ridiculous.

The room was not cleaned at all: stains on the walls, bedding, and floor; holes in the baseboards; graffiti on the walls; a moldy smell. The photos were a false advertisement; the rooms looked nothing like the pictures.
