The stay was outstanding in every way. The hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable, and the staff were professional, helpful, and responded quickly to any request. The location is also a major advantage, being right next to the metrobus station, making travel around Istanbul very easy without needing a car or taxi. A comfortable experience and a place I would recommend, and I will definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“فندق ممتاز جدا”

The stay was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and tidy, rooms were comfortable and well maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was cooperative, respectful and quick to respond to any request. I felt relaxed throughout my visit, and the hotel will definitely be one of my first choices when I return to Istanbul. I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Es geht besser”

The rooms were nice. The restaurant bill was not charged to the room, and the card was blocked instead. The staff could do nothing because it was supposedly the policy. Very strange – I had never experienced it in that form before.
