Free breakfast, decent location, clean room. I didn’t know there was an elevator when I arrived, so I had to haul my luggage up the stairs. The rooms are dark and need more lighting, though they were clean. Breakfast was mediocre. Housekeeping took a while to clean the room, but the birthday treat was a nice touch. It felt pricey compared to Homewood Suites, and the lack of on‑site laundry was disappointing.

Location and especially the staff made the stay great. A huge shout out to Blanca—she always takes care of me when I travel to NY for work.
