The spa and massage were great, and the restaurant itself is also good. The balcony offers a great view. The room had no air conditioning.

The hotel enjoys a great location with parking fully taken care of, and the rooms offer above‑average storage thanks to numerous wardrobes that include both hanging space and plenty of shelves, each lit by LED strips when opened; the bathroom is very nice and the staff are friendly, though they could smile more, and the property is within a 5‑15 minute drive of many attractions, making it easy to plan a day‑long itinerary, while the beds are very comfortable and the whole hotel feels practical and well‑designed. We knew there was no air‑conditioning, but we didn’t expect there to be no ventilation at all, so 32 °C made both the room and the restaurant unbearable (the mornings were pleasantly cool); we kept every window wide open, which made the nights tolerable, and some walls have small cracks that aren’t serious but could be fixed with a bit of care. The wellness area is only available for an extra fee, which feels odd for a resort, and it’s only open from 14:00 on weekdays with a single‑ticket price of €29 per person, even if you want to go at 20:00. We couldn’t find a separate breakfast or half‑board rate, but breakfast could be ordered separately and dinner had to be arranged in advance, which took some time.

Breakfast was tasty, but I missed, for example, scrambled eggs. It was expensive. The hotel director was very helpful, professional, and a good organizer. During my stay there was a grill with music, which I liked. The hotel staff were not very engaged. I had to wait for the waiter or at the reception. In the wellness area there were faults: only cold water under the shower, the chairs were not heated. Cleaning service was only available on request.
