The refrigerator and air‑conditioning work well, the rooms are fairly clean and the location is unbeatable, but the morning front‑desk staff were polite and spoke good English while the night guards seemed clueless and unhelpful; on the first night we needed sheets because only thick mattress covers were on the beds and they didn’t even know where the sheets were kept. We booked two double rooms that were supposed to be adjacent, yet one couple ended up in a room that looked more like a dormitory or staff quarters far away; we told them we weren’t willing to accept that, and only the next day could they move us after discovering they had given our original room to another couple—a clear case of double booking. They eventually sorted it out and everything was fine, and we left very satisfied, though it probably wouldn’t have been fixed without our insistence.

The location was the only good thing. The staff were rude and rarely available when needed. They would turn off the outdoor lights at night while I was sitting outside, apparently to make me go back to my room. What disturbed me most was seeing a dog kept chained up at all times with heavy locks, leaving him almost no freedom to move. He looked neglected, miserable, and underfed. When I asked about it, I was told it was because the dog steals toys from nearby shops. Even if that were true it is not an acceptable excuse for keeping an animal permanently chained in such conditions.

The garden was super cared for and the staff were friendly, especially Yasmin who helped with everything you needed. The rooms were super comfortable and very clean, hot water with good pressure and AC. You have a charming 4‑legged guard! We'll return. Everything is great, right in front is the Yummyum homemade food, delicious and very cheap, perfect location!
