The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we liked the location as well. Unfortunately the room wasn’t the cleanest; we asked to change because the bathroom smelled badly. The second room was just as smelly, though it was cleaned quickly. For a one‑night stay it was acceptable.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Fahira Hotel Bukittinggi; the bed was very cozy, making it easy to sleep well. The hotel sits in a great spot, within walking distance of Ramayana Mall and Jam Gadang, so we had a great time exploring on foot. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety to start the day. All in all, it’s a solid choice if you want comfort, convenience, and easy access to Bukittinggi’s main sights.
