“A place you’ll always want to return to.”
I spent a long time searching for a spot to celebrate my birthday with my family, something beautiful, cozy, and a little unusual; out of all the places in Switzerland, this one immediately caught my eye. Even though I’ve seen many stunning locations in Switzerland and abroad, Someo turned out to be a true hidden gem. The village itself is incredibly charming, with beautiful traditional stone houses that feel completely unique – architecture you don’t find elsewhere. Near B&B Osteria Morganti there’s also a wonderful forest, a lovely walking trail, and an incredibly crystal‑clear river with views of the gorge. But the most special part of our stay was the place itself and, of course, Giacomo. He was incredibly welcoming from the start, greeted us warmly, showed us to our rooms, explained everything, carefully considered all my wishes beforehand in our chat, and organized a wonderful dinner for us. He truly became an unforgettable part of my small birthday celebration. Our whole family was completely charmed by him, his hospitality, his cooking talent, and the genuine warmth he shows to his guests. Everything was absolutely perfect. After a generous breakfast the next morning, we didn’t want to say goodbye. We left knowing we would definitely return one day to visit our friend in Someo. Thank you, Giacomo, for such a beautiful stay and for making this special occasion even more memorable. 🙏♥️
