This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and the priciest. There was no receptionist, the pools were filthy, and the single cafeteria ran out of food; when you asked for help you had to go back down to the restaurant to find someone again. The staff were short, with only four or five people working throughout the entire place.

The hotel's location was a major plus, and the rooms were stunningly beautiful. However, our private pool experience was a letdown - it was shared with other suites, and when we tried to use it the next morning, it was half empty and dirty. We also had issues with the back door of our room, which only locked from the inside and could be opened from the outside. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were limited and didn't match the menu description.

The room came with a great hot tub, and the onsen (hot spring) was incredibly relaxing - I ended up sleeping like a baby after using it. The sauna was also a great feature, and I was able to enjoy it for 10 bucks. I even got to soak in the warm waters with my hands, and it was pure bliss.
