“unprofessional!”

I booked a one‑night stay for a Brussels event, got a confirmation, but on the way I received a second email saying it was cancelled. No phone number, no address, no website, and when we got to the street the locals didn't even know the hotel existed. We had to drive back drunk at night, which was unsafe and just plain unprofessional.

I booked a single night because I had an event in Brussels and wanted to avoid driving home after a night out. I got a confirmation email, so I thought everything was set. Then, while heading to the hotel, I happened to receive a second email around noon that my reservation had been cancelled; it landed in spam and offered no explanation. Worse, the booking details had no phone number or exact address, no website or contact method, and when we got to the street, the nearby barbershop and night shop had never heard of the hotel. There was no sign or any indication the property existed there. Because of this last‑minute, unexplained cancellation, my colleague and I had to drive back home at night after I’d been drinking – an unsafe and unacceptable situation. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a hotel booking and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Nos robaron el lugar no existe nos toco buscar otro hotel a última hora. Nunca contestaron y booking tampoco nos contesta haremos el respectivo reclamo

They said the place existed, but it was a ghost – we had to scramble for another hotel at the last minute. Nobody answered our calls, and the platform didn't get back to us either. We're filing a complaint.
