The location beside the monkey forest is great, and the beds are comfy. The staff are friendly and breakfast is offered, though it’s a bit chaotic and the coffee is terrible. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, the room feels a little cramped, and the pool could use a bit more cleaning.

The hotel feels calm and its architecture reminds me of a temple. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is acceptable. The staff don’t speak English very well, so it can be hard to communicate. The rooms have bars because of the nearby monkeys.

THE OERALL EXPRIENCES LOOKING ATH TE POOL SIDE, THE ROOM, AS THOUGHT the room is not occupied b guest for months, not clean and I don't have good feeling staying here. usually I don't give this kind of review in any platform. I appreciate each and every thing, however this time is a whole truth,. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Facilities, Cleanliness and Service My recent one-night stay at Pande Permai Hotel, Ubud, booked for two rooms, was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon check-in, the staff member at the counter was rude and unhelpful. The room itself was disappointing, with several basic facilities either missing or not functioning properly. The air conditioning was not working, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and a mop with a bucket of dirty water was left inside the room. To make matters worse, there was no cupboard to hang or store our clothes. These are basic expectations for a hotel room, yet we were left feeling extremely uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was told that the hotel was fully occupied. However, from what we observed that night, there appeared to be very few guests. This made the response particularly frustrating, as we felt our concerns were not being taken seriously. The swimming pool was visibly dirty and appeared poorly maintained. The following morning, we also noticed monkeys moving around on the roof and near the pool area, which added to our discomfort. Another major disappointment was the breakfast, which was included in our booking. We had to prepare for an early checkout at 7:00 a.m. to meet our guide and driver. However, there was no sign of breakfast preparation or cooking when we were ready to leave. We were left wondering how guests were expected to enjoy the breakfast included in their booking. The overall experience was far below our expectations in terms of cleanliness, room facilities, customer service and breakfast arrangements. My friend was particularly frightened and deeply uncomfortable throughout the stay. What shocked me most was the contrast between the positive impression created by the hotel's online listings and reviews and the reality of our own experience

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It’s well located. I liked watching the monkeys from the monkey forest on our terrace, but that might be a downside for some. Also, the monkeys were near the pool area, but the staff kept it tidy. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room, it would shut off every so often even after we tried to reconfigure it, so we couldn’t rest well at night. Our room was close to the road, so we heard constant traffic noise from Ubud.
