The host was responsive and let us check‑in early on short notice, adding a cot and an extra bed without fuss; the room was roomy, the beds super comfy, it was spotless and even had kitchen appliances, free parking was handy and the hotel sits right in the town centre near Trelleborg – great value. The furniture feels a bit old‑fashioned and the breakfast is plain but acceptable.

Everything was fine.

The place was clean, but the décor style left something to be desired.

The owner was friendly and the proximity to the Öresund Bridge was nice, but the hotel didn’t quite match the photos we saw.

The building looked like it had stopped time 40 years ago, lacking charm; the bathroom was moldy, the room was in a regular apartment block with no balcony, the stove had missing buttons so cooking was impossible, the fridge was off, the TV was on a low shelf at an angle making it unusable, the “sofa” was a worn bed, breakfast was mediocre – each guest only got one egg, so if someone took two you’d run out. Most of it was disappointing; with a bit more budget it could have been better.
