We spent three nights at Nile Roof Hotel and felt very comfortable. The whole team, especially the managers, were extremely kind and helpful with everything. They arranged our tours, all transfers, and even our shopping on request. Their prices were very reasonable, and thanks to their support, we had a smooth and comfortable experience. The facility could use a bit of maintenance, but we definitely recommend it. By the way, it sits right on the Nile, very close to the ferry station, and the breakfast was adequate. The location is good and the staff is pleasant. The proximity to the field means people play football until the night.

The rooms and bathrooms are very large and the place is in a great spot. The balcony looks out over the Nile. There are good restaurants, juice spots, and the public ferry is just a one‑minute walk away. You can stroll along the corniche in the evening or early morning, it’s free and beautiful. From the balcony you can watch local kids play football. The entrance and ground floor area look a bit rundown, not sure if that’s part of the hotel, but it doesn’t bother me because once you climb the stairs to the main area it looks proper and everything is fine.

The roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the ferry and Nile. Mamdouh and his team delivered outstanding service. They anticipated my needs and even cooked extra meals for the staff. They’re such lovely, generous people. The approach is through the local sports hall and feels very daunting on arrival. The internet is irregular too. Any negatives are compensated by Mamdouh’s hospitality.
