“Struttura ok ma zero inglese da parte dello staff”
The location of the facility, comfortable room, good breakfast and cleaning. All staff don’t speak a word of English, unacceptable for reception staff at an international hotel and not understanding a single word of English. Very serious.

Breakfast was good and plentiful; overall, a very good accommodation. There is no public restaurant, which is a big downside!
The TV was terribly outdated, and the management seemed completely indifferent to guests’ comfort, never bothering to upgrade such a basic feature. Because of that alone I won’t return to this hotel.
The transport connections were convenient, but the leisure facilities felt outdated.
