“While the friendly staff and location were positive, the room/overall experience did not live up to the price of the”
The staff were very friendly and the location made it easy to walk into town, but the room we booked was supposed to have a queen bed and instead had a double/full bed that was not very comfortable. The room also had a door to the exterior right on the main road, which we were not expecting and would’ve preferred to have disclosed earlier, as it felt unsafe. The room did not feel like it met the standards needed for the exorbitant price.
