The room was spotless, and I appreciated the extra amenities.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location was convenient, close to Cumberland Gap, and the rooms were quiet and nicely done.
I appreciated the coffee machine - it was a nice convenience that saved me a trip out in the morning.

“Will not stay again or recommend to anyone!!”
I stayed because they said I wouldn’t get a refund. Nothing else was good; roaches, a bad smell, and poor cleanliness at check‑in.
The room was big.
The location was super close to town, and the huge floor‑to‑ceiling window was a highlight. I also appreciated the ramp up to the upper level instead of stairs, which made it a lot easier for our senior dog to reach the second floor.

Good location, clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower head was cracked and sprayed water toward the ceiling, and the TV was pretty small, but it was still a good room for the price.
