William was super friendly and kept a smile even though we got in late. The next day, another staff member helped us catch the ferry just in time. The only downside was that they held onto our car while we were out on Ilha Grande.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They always had a positive attitude. It made the stay feel welcoming.

The staff were amazing and the location is spectacular. The only downside is that there are no curtains, so you wake up to the sunrise.
