The service was excellent, they handled everything without any hassle and the staff member who attended us was very attentive; the location is perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, making me feel safe. However, there was no closet, no cups for tea in the room, and no dressing mirror.

The front desk went out of their way to sort taxis and anything else we needed, never making us feel like a bother. Everything was smooth and hassle‑free, so there really wasn’t a downside to mention.
