施設内も清潔、スタッフも対応とても良くて、観光、買い物等、アクセス良好でした。. 夜の太鼓は迫力はとても凄いのは分かりましたが、小さい空間であれほどの音量だと、耳が弱い私には苦痛の音でした。ただその階に行かなければ特に困る事はありません。

Right in the heart of Kumamoto! I’m definitely planning to return to this hotel. The staff were so friendly. The lift is a bit slow, and the soundproofing could be improved
