Very clean and safe. Occasionally the security codes for entering and leaving the premises weren’t provided on time.
We couldn't get hold of the host
The place was clean and peaceful, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurants are less than 5 km away by drive. The parking is a bit far from the unit, but overall it’s a lovely spot. The host was good and always responsive.
“I didn’t get to stay at the property”
The host took my money and never reached out for check‑in or to tell me where to get the keys.
When I arrived, security wouldn’t let me into The Aura because I didn’t have a 6‑digit access code that was never given by the caretaker or host. I showed security my 4‑digit pin and confirmation number, but that wasn’t enough. We tried calling the caretaker/host with the number provided, but the number doesn’t exist. I emailed the host, but still no reply. This place should be removed because it’s clearly a scam.
