I was pleased with the hotel's service, facilities, and food options across all restaurants. However, my bed was a bit too soft for my liking, and the pillows were slightly too high. Additionally, the shower's temperature control was faulty, the hot tub jets weren't functioning, and the bathroom door on the right side wasn't sliding smoothly.
