The breakfast and room are good, but the gym is very small.
The staff were awesome and patient.
The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay; the front desk team was very helpful, and the restaurant staff during Afternoon Tea were friendly and attentive as well; the housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable. One of my biggest concerns was the possibility of a cigarette smell, but thankfully there was absolutely no smoking smell in the room at all. I was also pleasantly surprised that the stay included Afternoon Tea and laundry service. Overall, the value was far beyond my expectations. I was genuinely impressed and felt that I received much more than I expected for the price. Highly recommended! I will stay here again for next visit.
“Todo muy top”
Muy buena ubicación. Buenas vistas. Habitación muy cómoda y todos los servicios del hotel de 10. Aunque en Didi o taxi se llega fácilmente, las primeras veces para llegar puede costar un poco encontrar la entrada
“Good”
It’s old but clean, yet too many people smoke right in front of you even in the non‑smoking area.
