The hotel feels very old, the reception staff are terrible, we booked 10 rooms and some had no air conditioning, others smelled like urine, and some were only about 2 × 1 m. We were a family coming from an all‑inclusive hotel, so we booked 10 rooms and were not allowed to stay anywhere or enjoy any of the facilities; we were moved from the pool area and had to go to a restaurant on the boardwalk to relax.

Beware of this hotel. The worst “hotel” I’ve stayed in with my family; the room we were given smelled like feces, they changed it but the air conditioner in the second room still didn’t work. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced; the reception staff were despotic and seemed to want to keep us from returning. We were a group of 10 families traveling together and this had never happened to us before.
