“Would not recommend or stay at this location”

The location is just off the freeway, close to the memorial we were attending, but the room is very outdated. We had problems with the plus in the vanity, the ice machine was broken, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a musty smell in the room. The front entrance was covered with plastic, probably for renovation, and the parking lot had several potholes, some of which were covered with a plywood board.

The staff were friendly and the desk clerk went out of his way to place me on the second floor because I’m a senior with a lot of luggage. The lobby looks nice, the room has a good‑sized refrigerator and plenty of towels. However, the ice machine on my floor isn’t working, there’s no elevator, and the exterior looks unwelcoming. People below me smoked, so the bathrooms in my room would stink. Getting in and out of the location is hard. Breakfast items ran out, and 9am is too early to stop breakfast service. I stayed here because all other hotels were full.

Computer glitches made the check‑in process long; I stood in line for almost 30 minutes.

“Elevators would be nice. 😁”

The staff we spoke to were friendly, and the rooms were small but clean enough. Our room was on the second floor, so we had to climb stairs because there were no elevators, but we managed with our heavy luggage. The price felt steep for what the hotel offered, though it was cheaper than other options we checked, so maybe hotels are just getting too pricey overall.

“It was fine”

The location was convenient, the employees were nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. Inside, however, everything looked old and outdated.
