'Bloomfield' at stayBOOM

“Unreliable.”

See below. I booked Bloomfield 2 on 04/04/24 for 18 to 20/07/24 and paid the full amount of £181. We required the accommodation to attend our daughter's graduation. On 16/07/24 I received a message that the room was no longer available. On phoning the property manager I was informed the room was 'double booked'. We had to make alternative arrangements at very short notice with availability of alternative accommodation extremely limited due to it being graduation week. I was also informed I have to contact Bookong.com to get my money refunded

The spot is great, right next to restaurants and shops. The bed, however, was uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep.

We arrived to find the room still under renovation—no place to stay. Nobody answered our calls or emails. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Shocking: broken glass on the bedroom floor and underage kids in the apartment playing music until the early hours.

“It was ok for 1 night.”

The white bedding was pristine and the location was close to most of the town’s center. Unfortunately, there was mold in the shower, the decor and paint looked tired, the bathroom was tiny—just enough space for a toilet—and the mattress was old and sagging in the middle.
