“Not worth the money”

We had a mixed stay at Botanica Garden: the room was tidy and the staff were courteous, yet the hotel was noisy at night. Chairs were moved upstairs and neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep, though earplugs were supplied, which made the noise issue feel somewhat normal. We also booked a photoshoot through the hotel, but the photographer seemed rushed and the photos weren't professional; the brief session and high price made it not worthwhile. A massage we booked through the hotel ended up at a different location with much higher prices than expected. Reception communication was sometimes slow, and one request wasn’t followed up that evening. Basic supplies were lacking, such as insufficient toilet paper and no Band‑Aid when needed. We were also confused about the transport service to Taman Safari, since it turned out not to be a direct hotel service. Overall, while there were a few positives, the noise, inconsistent service, and additional disappointments made it a less relaxing stay than we had hoped.

Everything was great: the resort is in nature, the weather was wonderful, especially at night when you can walk around the hotel. Breakfast was decent but could use more menu items; the East‑Central menu is worth it and the best in Bonchak. Nothing negative.
