Nothing here feels satisfactory; I can’t believe this hotel still operates. There was no hot water for the shower, the faucet next to the toilet was broken and leaking, the bed sheets had stains, only one small blanket was provided, the door’s soundproofing was poor, and the neighbors outside were very noisy at night.

The host was helpful and the atrium around the pool was nice, but the room had an intense mold smell, was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, had garbage on the terrace, and lacked toilet paper and soap.
