The staff were welcoming and the location was central. The breakfast area and food were unrefined, the bathroom was worn and unrefined, the balcony that had been assigned to the room was dirty and had a sofa that wasn’t suitable for outdoor use.

Everything was very pleasing, the staff were friendly and courteous! We chose the hotel based on reviews, so don’t heed the negative ones!!! The hotel has a buffet with tasty food, the rooms are very comfortable with all amenities! The hotel’s location in central Istanbul was very enjoyable! All attractions are within walking distance!!!! ❤️

The hotel offered a wonderful view of the Marble Sea, a beautiful terrace, and excellent staff; thank you for the hospitality – the location is great, everything is nearby – cafés, the main square, the promenade – walking around is very convenient.

We found the hotel’s location super convenient, walked around and had a great time. The staff greeted us warmly, all Russian‑speaking, arranged a cheap airport transfer, suggested tasty places to eat, and most importantly organized a wonderful tour to Cappadocia. Thanks a ton! Everything was fantastic and we’ll definitely come back.
