“A hit!”

This place is the real deal—a charming boutique hotel with a lovely pool and a prime location close to sites and activity, yet still quiet. I only stayed one night in the cheapest room, which was stylish and very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no safe in the room, unless I simply missed it.

“Lovely hotel close to major sites”

The location is great, off the main road, and the property is beautiful and well kept; staff helped arrange tours, and the on‑site massage and pool were nice. It does sit in a residential area, so roosters, barking dogs, and neighbors yelling are part of the experience (which I was fine with). Breakfast was decent but had limited vegan choices.

“Gezellig boutique hotel op een goede locatie”

De locatie is top. In een rustig steegje minden in het centrum van Tam Coc. Veel attracties op loop en fiets afstand. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk om na een dagje uitstapjes te hebben gehad even af te koelen. Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde en enigszins beperkt. Er had wat meer variatie in mogen zitten

“Fantastic location, room and view. With some staff training it could be fabulous.”

The room and view were magnificent, with ample space, a lovely bed and bedding, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested—no greetings as you passed by and no notice that the pool bar was closing. The embroidery school/section made the reception feel disjointed, so there was no clear place to check in when you arrived. Breakfast wasn’t worth coming back for the second day, so we went to a café instead.
