The location and the large rooms were great, with plenty of space. The building felt a bit run down and there was no way to control the A/C in our room.

The hotel is close to town, and the front desk staff were helpful when they let us borrow an electric kettle and a hair dryer. The facilities were poor and maintenance was lacking; the towers and bedsheets were dirty with brown spots. The room cost RM140 per night, but that didn't include mineral water, coffee, or tea. There was no TV and no Wi‑Fi.
