The room was huge, a mini‑apartment with a terrace. The large pool was a plus, though we never had time to use it. The private free parking was right in front of the hotel, and Fifth Avenue was a short walk away while the ferry took 20 minutes.

The facilities were decent, yet the staff service was terrible; they scammed me through Booking, showing a price for four people that I paid, but upon arrival only two were booked and I was charged double what the app displayed, and no resolution was offered. When I raised the issue, the morning shift staff ignored me and treated me poorly, and I have photos proving the scam. All the good aspects of the hotel are outweighed by the deception and bad treatment.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, yet the front desk staff are rude, inattentive, and basically useless; even the manager falls short. The worst is Jesica, a poor girl who just watches dramas on her phone.
