Breakfast wasn’t included, but the spot near the slowboat pier is convenient. Unfortunately I never stayed at Monsavanh; as I got to the hotel, a staff member directed me down the road to another place. No explanation was given, and since I needed a room urgently (it was dark), I had to accept the alternative.

The spot is convenient and close to the boat launch. The room and bath are basic but comfortable, quiet, with good AC and WiFi. I loved watching everyday life from the balcony. Restaurants and ATMs are nearby. Noi handled our check‑in, was friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to mention; the property does what it needs to.

The spot is convenient from the slow boat and packed with nearby restaurants. The AC leaked all night, and the outside noise was loud late at night before it finally quieted down.
