“Clean, modern, and great host in a great location!”
The home was very clean and we appreciated daily cleaning with fresh towels. The location was great and easy to navigate. The room was very modern and updated with good air conditioning. We also liked the beach towels and bug spray. We wished we could have sat outside on the patio, but the bugs were too active; maybe if the garden was trimmed or they sprayed for mosquitoes we could have. The stay was also a bit expensive.
I have never written a review before, but Carola was such a great host that I feel compelled! Her communication was excellent from the time of booking until the end of our stay. Although hiking up the many steps the first time with luggage takes effort, for us the steps were part of the Cinque Terre charm. Her property is a peaceful oasis to escape midday crowds. The rooms are well‑furnished and clean. Carola thoughtfully provided some extra items we did not bring, such as towels for the beach. Carola and her staff are genuinely nice people we had a pleasure talking to throughout our stay.
“Wonderful”
The place has a wonderful spot overlooking the town and the mountainside, and it feels quiet and secluded while still being very close to everything. The owner was friendly and gave us plenty of information and local tips. I can manage stairs, but the property is up a steep set of stairs, so it might not be ideal for guests with heavy luggage, multiple bags, or mobility issues.

Carola is great! She even met us in the piazza and guided us up the 97 stairs to the Inn. The bed and shower were great and it was very clean! I’d say if my husband hadn’t led me to and from, I’d have had a hard time finding my way to the Inn. Hmmmm. If there were maybe 57 stairs and not 97-Ha!
