Breakfast was tasty, the pool was beautiful and clean, and the room size was nice. Wi‑Fi was spotty with many disconnections, the AC couldn’t be controlled from the wall controller (I had to call reception a few times to turn it on or off), and the room was noisy. The car garage was full most of the time and it was a bit far from the room.

From the moment we stepped inside we were wrapped in pure relaxation, surrounded by spectacularly tended gardens that felt like a complete escape from the world. Whether we were by the pool or at the restaurant, the view stretched over breathtaking mountains and untouched greenery. The cleaning was flawless, the scented soaps a nice touch, and the team showed exceptional kindness and willingness to help. We were especially grateful that, after checking out at 11:00, they let us stay until 18:00 and even gave us access to the spa to freshen up with clean towels before leaving. The buffet breakfast was lavish and satisfied every craving. Overall we left extremely pleased and will definitely return. The only area that could improve is the food service: both lunch and dinner fell short of our expectations compared with the rest of the offering.
The hotel was very comfortable for families with children, providing everything needed – a pool, a shallow pool, and mini clubs. The garden was beautiful, full of lush plants and shade. Breakfasts were excellent in a lovely restaurant with a terrace. The walk to the city center is about a kilometer, very convenient. I think we’ll return there on our next stay in Rivie. The property met my expectations 100%.
