When we arrived, there was no room available— a student told us the reservation had been cancelled and that she lived there. Nothing else to add.

It’s a scam! Don’t book. When we turned up on the day, we were told to cancel, even though I had this reservation for six months.

The location is good, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

I walked up to the front door and was greeted by two men who then informed me that my booking had been cancelled and told me to call a different number unrelated to the reservation to try to get a refund. I had to cancel my booking in person to qualify for a refund.
