Location. This is without question one of the worst accommodations we have ever seen. The condition of the room is shocking and completely inconsistent with what is presented in the listing. The walls and ceilings are heavily cracked, with visible structural damage, peeling plaster and clear signs of long‑term neglect. There are cracks along the ceilings, corners and walls, and the entire room feels poorly maintained and unsafe. Any attempt to cover this up with fresh paint has clearly failed. The furniture is old, damaged and worn out. The beds are squeezed tightly next to each other in a very small space, offering no comfort or privacy. Everything looks outdated, neglected and unhygienic. The window frames are old and in poor condition. The bathroom is another serious issue. The shower area and fixtures are worn, dirty and far below any acceptable standard. This does not meet even the most basic expectations for a paid stay. After seeing the room, we decided not to stay and were forced to find and pay for another hotel immediately, which caused additional stress and unexpected costs. What made the situation even worse was the behaviour and appearance of the staff. They appeared extremely unprofessional, visibly exhausted, disoriented and in very poor condition, which raised serious concerns about safety and reliability. I have genuinely never experienced anything like this in my life at a property listed on Booking. This is not a “budget accommodation” — this place simply should not be offered to guests at all. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the property. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. If you value basic comfort, cleanliness and a sense of safety, stay far away.

The place is beautifully positioned, offering an amazing view of the ski slope, the valley, and the mountains. The house itself has a charming retro vibe, and the host is very friendly. It could use some renovation to feel even more comfortable.

The location is decent, and I liked that I could control the radiator, which kept the room very warm. The owner was very friendly and helpful, so overall I’m more or less satisfied with this experience. The only downside was one mattress on the top floor that was completely useless. I stayed in room 3 on the first floor.
