The place sits in a prime spot near food and shopping, the rooms are spotless and the beds are superb, plus you get a discount on ice cream from the shop below. It’s sandwiched between a bunny girl bar and a massage parlor that lets you stay if your session ends past midnight, which my husband found hilarious. It can get a bit noisy at night, the floors are built to detect ninjas, and the stairs are steep when you’ve got bags; all of that was clearly mentioned before I booked, so nothing surprised me.

The location and the quiet of the accommodation are great even though it’s right in the middle of Namba; the staff are very attentive and genuinely friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean and spacious for Japan. The listing didn’t say there were four floors and no elevator, but luckily we didn’t have big suitcases.

La habitación está bien, limpia y cómoda. Muy céntrico. Tener en cuenta que hay muchas escaleras sin ascensor. No está insonorizada en absoluto, se oye todo de la habitación de al lado como si estuvieran en la tuya. Además había mucho ruido de risas y chillidos en las habitaciones de al lado, a altas horas de la noche un grupo de jóvenes estuvieron bebiendo en nuestro rellano junto a nuestra puerta, uno incluso entró en la habitación. Además en torno a la 1 de la madrugada otro grupo de jóvenes aportaron nuestra puerta y afirmaban que esa habitación se la habían alquilado a ellos, todo son ningún control de la dirección del establecimiento que no está disponible por la noche. Les llamé al teléfono varias veces durante el incidente con las chicas y no me dieron respuesta alguna
