The staff were wonderful—educated, helpful, very friendly, and always ready to assist. Host Marcelo was a fantastic person, very helpful and courteous, always looking to improve the environment for guests. The only downside was the apartment furniture; the mattresses, bedding, and towels could use an upgrade.

The atmosphere was cozy, the staff and host were very polite and ready for any request. The location is perfect, everything is at most a 5‑minute walk.
