That property shouldn’t be listed. It’s unsafe for guests and disgusting. The floor had holes and missing pieces, so stepping on it was scary; the a/c insulation was exposed, making the whole room feel hazardous, and there were holes in the walls. After trying to call and knock on the front desk, we left the key in the room and left. No support came from Booking.

The host and my fellow guests were great. There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like; everyone was great.

The place is in a good spot, but it feels filthy, dated, and depressing; it needs a lot of TLC and nothing feels nice.

I love the unique layout and the staff, but I’m really looking forward to seeing the renovations.

The front gate has no lock for visitors, letting people wander onto the property unknowingly; the rooms need help, no Jacuzzi, which was the main reason I wanted it for my boyfriend’s birthday.
