“Dangerous”
Nothing to like. The floor was extremely extremely slippery
“Great place, but it could have been better”
We rented the apartment that included a living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. Everything was spotless, orderly, and well maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of space. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed. The place is only a 12‑minute walk from the main beach. The pool was large and clean, but some tiles were broken, and on our last day our 5‑year‑old daughter got a deep cut on her foot from those tiles, so we had to get medical care. The owner acted quickly, driving us straight to a clinic, and after we left he sent us a photo showing the pool was being repaired, so hopefully this won’t happen again. If not for that incident, I would have given it a perfect 10/10, but it forced me to lower my rating. I hope future guests have a smoother experience.

The hotel is close to the city center and the beach. The apartment is very spacious for a family, and the staff are truly attentive.

I was happy with the location near Mirissa beach – just a ten‑minute walk – and the rooms were spacious enough for a night or two, making it a good base for day trips. However, after staying several nights we had to ask for cleaning and fresh towels ourselves after two days, which we hadn’t been told about beforehand. The décor felt a bit old‑fashioned and the overall cleanliness could have been better.
The kitchen lacked enough utensils for cooking – we needed more pans and cutlery – and the door locks were not functioning properly.
